I scheduled my consultation shortly after the bridal show and did have to wait 2 weeks to get a consultation. Nadine personally met with me. After looking through books, we tasted samples...the best of any cake in Houston that we had tried, and we tried a few. Nadine then went through our selections and really talked to us asking questions about different things we liked. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and was very surprised when she showed me a sketch and it pulled together all the things I liked in the photos as well as my invitation design, but couldn't picture together. It was perfect. The grooms cake we selected was an ice chest with an edible redfish and lid saying HOOKED.
Pros: Best cake ever, wide variety of designs
