His staff was at our house on the date orginially stated. Staff was all very friendly and nice to talk with. They got right to work and did not stop every 5 minutes to smoke or talk on the phone (like I have seen others do). They all worked together extremely well with out a whole lot of discussion. They got finished a lot sooner than we expected and cleaned up all of the mess from the old windows so you can not even tell anything was done. They were all very professional in their manner.\r
