I go to this salon occassionally when I am in desperate need of a fix and can't get in anywhere else. I always tell myself it will be the last time. They never keep accurate appointments - waiting at least 1/2 hour is normal. There is too much fooling around by the workers! They are too busy talking amongst themselves rather than doing hair. The salon is nice - but they are definately lacking customer service skills. They need to focus on the customers - not what they did last night after hours!
Pros: Great location!
Cons: AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Employees do not take their job seriously!
