So we had out new dryer set to come in between 8:30-9am they show up at 9:45am. Then they leave a hour later and THE DRYER IS NOT WORKING! I call Apex within 3 minutes of them leaving when I went to inspect the dryer and use it... They said they would have them come right back... 40 minutes later I still hadn't heard anything so I called back...""oh sorry they will be there by 1"" 1pm rolls around and they are not here I call back a few more times as they keep saying they will come to fix the problem but it is a quarter to 4 and they are still not here and I have wasted my whole day waiting for them... since they like to run a business THAT DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME (MANY OF MY APPOINTMENTS) & DOES NOT LIKE TO INSTALL THE NEW DRYERS CORRECTLY! I AM NOT SURE WHY THEY DIDN'T INSTALL IT CORRECTLY?! You would think they would want to have referrals... I guess not.
Pros: One repair guy is nice and calls you to make sure things work
Cons: The others don't help
