I've been away from Cruces 25 years, so I know what I've been missing. The red chile was brown and salty, and the green chile wasn't even hot. In my chorizo burrito, I had to take out something fatty and the papas weren't cooked all the way through. The tortillas are the worst in the state...fatty in some parts, and thin like paper in others.\r

I sat down in the dining room and a piece of wet ceiling tile came down on the table. The rude cashier could care less. I won't be coming back since there are literally hundreds of better new mexican restaurants in town.
Pros: Location, if you're desperate
Cons: Bad food, terrible customer treatment, borderline unsanitary
