I'm not one to go around bad mouthing people or businesses; but DAMN, talk about bad business skills, and shoddy service!\r

I went to Sigismonsi's because he touts himself as a BMW expert. He sure does charge expert prices, but the work he did to my car was anything but. As soon as I got my car back from him I heard a rubbing noise. I picked the car up right as they were closing, and I was going out of town for a week early the next morning. I called and left a message letting him know about the issue, and that I would be bringing the car back as soon as I got back from my trip.\r

When I brought the car in, not only would he not take the time to listen to my problem regarding his ""craftsmanship"", but he wanted me to make an appointment for a week later, and there would be a charge. \r
I understand that he may have been busy right thin, and there. If he said "" I'm in the middle of something now, can you come back in an hour"" I would have been more than happy. If he took the 2 minutes to look at the issue, and thin say ""i'm not sure what that is, can you bring it back in a week? I would have again been more than happy to do so, and pay the diag fee with the understanding that it would be returned if the issue was related to his work.\r

When he finally did look at the issue he said it was an unrelated ""new"" problem. \r
I had a feeling he may pull something like this, so I had the dealer look at the issue before my appointment with Sigismondi. They confirmed that the job Sigismondi did WAS,in fact, not done correctly. \r
When confronted with this he still didn't back down, and got angry with me. \r

For fear that he would do something else to my car I took the loss and had the job redone correctly at a professional shop.\r

All that being said...This was my experience with Sigismondi's your's may be better. Just be aware that he may pull the same tricks with your car, and hard earned money.
