I had sent them a photo of a cake and they promised to make it. It was a pricey little cake($75) but when it came out the color was completely wrong. The picture of our cake had a dark fuschia ribbon and the cake had a pepto-bismol pink ribbon. So I was disappointed cause the cake was pricey and the girl hide in the back and the owner came out, so we told him it was the wrong color. The owner responded that they are not a paint store. They fixed it and made it better but I was mad that the owner was so rude. Especially when they had a digital image of what the final product should look like. He came back with this horrible print out and the ribbon looked red so ""since they are not a paint store"" they changed it to red but it was no where near pepto-bismol pink. He was saying it was my fault because the handout said a bright pink ribbon but it also stated see photo. Uncalled for they had a professional digital image sent via email. I'm so mad totally wreck my 1st wedding anniversary. Never going back because one of the brothers is so rude.
