I just visited Ruth's Chris for the first time and was highly impressed. We made a reservation online for 6:30 and were seated immediately. Everyone uses your last name and frequently checks on your satisfaction. Food was great, cooked exactly as ordered and brought out with almost no wait. Portions were actually a little larger than I expected for a high dollar restaurant. Again, service is where the meal really shined. In error, the wait staff brought out broccoli instead of our ordered mashed potatoes. They allowed us to keep the broccoli, no charge, and served us the mashed potatoes as well. Although that wasn't expected, it was a nice touch.
