Ive read where one person posted that the food was poor quality and like from a can or something. I know for a fact that everything Louis serves, from the hand dipped onion rings, to the meat sauce, is made fresh everyday right there in the kitchen. I know this because the owners are my family and put a lot of hard work and effort into seeing that the food served at Louis is nothing less than great! Thanks to all the positive reviews.
