Diadem is undeniably the best salon in the city. The staff is warm and friendly and the atmosphere is uncomparable. The technique they use to straighten your hair is like no other and the products they use are fabulous. Although I am a ""plain jane"" the cuts and colors always look great on each client and the styling is like no other. Out of all of the salons in Philly, no one has done a more remarkable job than Diadem (and I have gotten my hair done by the so-called best). I tend to travel between NY and Philly so when I come to town my first stop is Diadem to look fabulous!
Pros: The overall experience is fantastic with superb end results
Cons: No one else in the city is comparable
