Starting with the positives, the doctors and providers are very helpful, kind and informative. Especially Dr. Diaz de Leon and Dr. Jaramillo. My 3 and 4 year old have been coming here since they were born and I trust these doctors with my children. The location is great and they usually can get you in same day. Ok, the only thing I've ever had a problem with is the front office staff. They usually are not helpful, and very rude. I am a medical assistant and work in the health field so I do understand they get busy and it's not the easiest job. I've actually changed my PCP once before because of the office staff. I did end up going back just because of the doctors, but am still unhappy with the service they give. They are not helpful when it comes to insurance verification. So if you can deal with the rudeness of the office staff, the doctors are great.
