Brought bike there on a Saturday, was told it would be worked on M or T. Came back following Saturday and it had not been touched. Told again they would get to it right away, come back the following Saturday and it still had not been touched...but they did fix it then when I insisted. Granted they are busy, but they were clearly working on bikes that came in after mine at this point. Got the sense that there were two classes of customers.
Pros: Busy, have been open for awhile, clearly there are happy customers
Cons: slow at getting job done, did a poor job compare with another shop
