I've never had such a bad experience with a medical facility/practitioner. The staff who greeted me were rude at the beginning and as I left. The doctor brushed off my concerns, and when I called later to complain, I was brushed off again. DO NOT GO HERE. There are alternatives. You deserve to have your medical issues addresses in a polite, respectful atmosphere, but those qualities do not exist at this place.
Pros: They do provide service if no one else is available.
Cons: The staff was extremely rude and condescending.
