We've been servicing our Toyota and Scion vehicles at Bearden for quite a few years now. Bearden's personnel make you feel in control of the process, and until now have never surprised us and never attempted to sell us services we don't need. I think Bearden is far more reliable than the factory dealerships who always attempt to slip in useless services (like ""fuel line cleaning"") even though this isn't recommended in your Toyota owner's manual. Typically Bearden will tell you about a significant repair that's on the horizon (say, brake work) along with a recommendation that you come in some weeks or months later, when the service will actually be required. The competent technicians and good communication at Bearden seem like our best, most economical choice in the long run.
