jarringly rude service by retail staff and doctor (the female one) alike. long waits. gave me contacts that were both the wrong size and the wrong prescription. i see poorly out of my new glasses as well, but they insist that the prescription is correct. unbelievably disorganized...they lost my patient file...and they actually forgot to bill me for an exam because their records are such a mess. save yourself the headache and go somewhere...ANYWHERE...else!
Pros: the head doc was kind and skilled, and one front-of-house staffer was kind as well
Cons: absolutely everything else!
