Cafe Poca Cosa has the most unbelievably awesome food. I always get the chef's choice Plato Poca Cosa trio and they're okay with me begging off seafood. The chicken mole was the best I've ever had (and I've had it in an excellent restaurant in San Luis Potosi) and I still can't get over the sweet carrot and onion tamale nor the grilled beef with a jalape?o chile and tomatillo sauce. For visitors to Tucson, this should absolutely be your number one food priority. Just be prepared for the snotty servers.
