The owner, Katherine seemed very nice. I had picked a frame out that was mounded on the wall, and she informed me that it was no longer available. (why have something up on the wall if it is not available). I then asked her to show me what was. I picked out the frame, matting and explained to her how I wanted it. She told me it would take a full 2 weeks. I called her 2 weeks later and two days after that she returned my call stating that the frame order was lost and to give her 3 days until it came in and she could complete my request. It has now been 3 weeks and she hasn't returned any of my calls on both her cell and office number. I paid for the product up front and I would not recommend this shop to anyone. It is frustrating having paid up front and not having the respect to return a customer's phone calls. To put this business into a few key words: Unprofessional, unreliable, unrecommended!!!!
Pros: I honestly can not think of any
Cons: No return calls, long wait, at this point I can't even tell you the quality as I have no product
