My girlfriend and I went in search of a good gyro, and boy did we find it. I've tried every promising looking or sounding mediterranean place I've come across (excluding places like ""gyros and eggrolls"" - wtf?) in a search for a great gyro, and this was by far the best. Fresh, bright, flavorful lettuce and tomatoes, a great tzatziki sauce, flavorful moist meat, all wrapped up in a thin, light, 9"" pita round that the owner says he gets custom baked for him at a nearby Lebanese bakery. The baklava portions were large without the quality suffering - crispy, flaky, drenched with butter and honey and just falling apart in your mouth. The tabouleh salad was excellent as well - obviously made fresh that day, and even the small portion was more than enough for 2 to split as a side.\r

It's obvious there's a lot of local support for the place, there was a great painting of the restaurant and staff hanging on the wall that was apparently done by one of their regular customers. The owner was really friendly, giving us coupons and asking us to let him know if we found a good spot for him to open another location in Dunwoody. I fully plan on doing it too, I want this place to be closer!\r

They offer way more things than just gyros, too, but that was what led me there today. Next time I plan on trying their falafel, as it looked and smelled mouth-watering.
