My husband and I were loyal customers to Patriot. We purchased three vehicles from them. Now we want to let people know to beware of this dealership!! We have had several problems with them, and we have heard from some others that they too have had problems. When I purchased my car it came with a free tires for life program as a promotion. That was a huge selling point for me! Now that I need tires the dealership refuses to pay for them. They are now telling me that I need to put 15,000 miles on my car before the program goes into effect! I checked all my paperwok and no where does it say anything about a mileage requirement, I took the papers in to the dealership and showed them, they said they'd get back to us. After not hearing from them my husband started calling, no one wants to help you there. They all pass the buck and blame someone else!! Also, my husband's truck had a cracked rim when he bought it, which they had agreed to replace. It took 3 different visits to the dealership to get one rim replaced! We scheduled an appt and every time we showed up something was wrong and they couldn't replace it. Such as, the one time we showed up they took the new rim out of the packaging after we were already there and it was bent! Another issue we have had there was that they tell you if you refer someone and it ends in a sale they will give you $50. I sent my grandmother to them and she bought a brand new Vibe. When she brought up the $50 she was told ""oh no, we can't give them the referral money, you would have had to use the same salesperson they used."" Can you believe it?! How cheap can they be?? They will do anything they can to get out of there obligations! They do NOT care about customers at all. Buyer Beware!!!
