Obvious this restaurant is seasonally staffed but that does not mean I would not try it again. The food is above average and the service I recieved was exceptional. Part of the problem when handling criticisms is that there is going to be negative and positive. When I read a negative review I usually check that particular persons other rating for establishments just to see if that review is justified. It would appear to me that cmus does not find anything to really like in any capacity.
But getting back to the original point if a customer complaint goes without response, how can you ever hope for improvement. That is where the problem lies ultimately.
