My appts. with Dr Chack was under 2 minutes . The wait was over 2 hours. They over book . He refused to answer my questions, is arrogant, pompous, and does not explain anything. They are so obessed with typing notes on their laptops more than helping patients get answers to the ENT health issues. When I asked one question , he said ""time is up"" That is why I go out of state for many doctor appts.
