i must say i wish i could give ZERO stars for my experience at Grace Jewelry in San Francisco. i purchased a watch band for $100 to replace the original from my husband's watch. it wasn't long after the folks at grace jewelry fit the band to the face of the watch that it fell off, consequently causing my husband to lose the face of his watch. of course it's not the jewelry store's fault that my husband lost his watch, but i would say it's the responsibility of a store to stand behind their merchandise...and grace jewelry refused to refund my money when i brought in the faulty band. i of course had my proof of purchase and even offered to accept a store credit--i just didn't want to lose out completely. surprise, surprise, i left empty handed. needless to say, i cannot believe such a store can exist when it consistently treats customers poorly after they've spent hard-earned money at their establishment. that's just BAD BUSINESS and i will tell EVERYONE i know about my awful experience...
