I am a mom of 2 small children and never have time for myself. The boot camp gives me the opportunity to begin my day doing something for me. I'm motivated to get up early and workout. Chris does an excellent job with creativity in the workout. He pushes us to give 100% in each workout. No session is the same. What I enjoy most is I don't even have to think about it. I do what Chris says, and at the end of the session I'm so proud of myself. Amber, the owner, is amazing!! Her story and the success she has accomplished with the company is unbelievable. I've committed to 12 weeks and I can't wait to see the results.
