Sure, Spectrum is a nice place, as long as you don't decide you want to leave. If you do try to leave, be prepared to navigate a hellish circle of obfuscation, disrespect, and confusion. Be prepared as requirement upon requirement is heaped upon you, under the guise of contractual obligations. I was told that I had to cancel in writing because of some (fake) recently-passed California state law. If you complete that step, be prepared to pay for two extra months of service you don't want or need because of their 60 day cancellation ""policy."" Seriously, it's easier to get out of a cell phone contract than it is to escape Spectrum.
