I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the wonderful service that you provided me on the phone today. My name is John and my mother lives in Edmonds with my sister right now. Currently my mother is in Stevens Hospital with a clot in her lung due to her cancer. As I told the lady on the phone that I spoke with, I was supposed to be in Edmonds yesterday but do to an allergic reaction I suffered to a medication I was unable to fly for my intended visit. I will be coming out soon and I will stop in and personally thank you but until then I hope this email will suffice. Thank you for being so kind and delivering my mother?s gifts to her after hours like you did. My family is very small and my mother and sister and I are very close and it is very difficult for me to be 3000 miles away and unable to do anything for her like this.
