This is a wonderful resource for city dwellers. The beach is pleasant, has had improvements such as native beach plantings and a boardwalk and overlooks Corita Kent's famous rainbow gas tank, the largest copyrighted artwork in the world. There is a sports field and a boating ramp into Dorchester Bay located here as well.
