I took a reversible jacket (leather/suede) which had some white wine spots. I showed the spots to the attendant and was asked to pick it up in a week. When I got it back, it had been turned inside out to the clean site. Of course i did not check well until i got home and to my suprised the spots were still there. Manager said they probably missed the spot and bring it once again.I do not know what else a customer have to do. The attendant should have written where the spots were and what was it. But I guess it was totally missed. I am going to take it back and see what excuse they have next. Look for more reliable and professional alternatives.
