recently recieved a $5 off coupon from Albano cleaners and gave it to the lady when I picked up my clothing. She told me I could not use the coupon because it said with incoming orders. I said this is my incoming order. No where does this say must be presented when cloths are dropped off. The lady was rude! nasty! and very unprofessional! I asked for the corporate number and she was very sarcastic and rude and was laughing at me! On top of everything, I paid $15 for a shirt and a pair of pants!
