Slow, very hard to get waited on in store, much more interested in talking on the phone. Didn't call with estimate as promised, I had to call them after 5 weeks. Went to pick up product and said it wasn't ready. Went back to pick it up and they had thrown it away-only three days after I tried to pick it up!
