Their day-to-day interaction with customers is good as is their ability to meet deadllines. As for dry cleaning, that is another topic altogether! Spots are routinely missed and dry cleaned items are rarely adequately ironed. Far more importantly, their system for processing clothes results in the laundering of some items that are dry clean only. After a third experience with this-- a suit jacket and pants returned in a shrunken, wrinkled state-- we are calling it quits.
