Snooty, disrespectful staff and doctors. For years I overlooked the elitist air of this place due to location, frame selection and the 1 staff member that was actually courteous and helpful. However, my numerous bad experiences have taught me to stay away. Most of the times I went here for anything (appointment, contact lens pickup, frame adjustment, etc.) the staff would fail to acknowledge my presence until they clearly had nothing else to do, then would proceed to act like I was ruining their day for needing them to do anything. When the level of rudeness reached an extreme at my last appointment I decided to finally call it quits. Pros: Good frame selection, location Cons: Disrespectful staff and doctors more
