Charter Cable refuses to service my low (21db) signal problem to the cable set top box. \r \r One local ""technician"" acknowledged the problem, told me that it would be taken care of and/or followed-up. 3 months later... The problem has not been taken care of.\r \r Whenever I call the ""service"" people they are more interested in trying to sell me services that I do not want or need. They say the problem will be taken care of; but so far, it hasn't been addressed.\r \r I wish we had more choices within this area. Charter Cable was fine at the onset, but has progressively become worse as time goes by. more
