I was excited to use this service because it was pretty close to my home. I was told what I needed done would take 1-2 weeks. It's been over a month now, and no results. I have left numerous VM asking for a call back, and no response. I have yet to call this business and have a "live" person answer the phone. It always goes right to VM. I'm very disappointed and would suggest going to another business for your auto tag needs. ....a place where you can get some good customer service.
