Ive lived at Charter Oaks Apt.s for a year , the apartment itself is decent sized. It is run by DTN management and to agree with the other reviews,the management is no good. My boyfriend and I Worked at the same place and were layed off at the same time. You would think that since this is Michigan and the economy is so bad that DTN and the people who make it up would be more understanding. They arent ,they simply dont care what kind of situation you are in. We have paid about $2000.00 on top of our rent because we were late and now that our lease is almost up theyre evicting us. We have paid & paid, we have seen so many neighbors come and go, all of them evicted. I wouldnt reccomend DTN or Charter Oaks.
