As a single woman who knows very little about cars, I expect the worst when visiting a mechanic. So when my car battery died (2002 Honda Accord), suspecting something more was wrong, I did my research and found Midtown Auto. After reading the reviews I knew this was where I wanted to bring my car. I met Mikey who encouraged me to go for the diagnostic check, and I'm glad I did - he discovered that my alternator needed replacing in addition to my battery. He had the parts and finished the job within three hours, even on a busy Saturday. He took the time to answer my questions and demonstrated professionalism that I have never seen at other mechanics. I could tell it was a busy day for him, but he was still attentive to his customers' needs and provided service with a smile. I appreciated the coupons on their web site, too.
