I have been in the HVAC business for about 10 years and through that time I have dealt with many different types of people. I made a call to Scott's Sheet Metal thinking that I would see if they could build a plenium for me. I am not from the area so I assumed when I found the number in the yellow pages saying (Sheet Metal) that they could help me. I talked to a man on the phone that was the rudest person that I have ever talked to. He preceeded to tell me that they didn't do small work like that and that they just done design. That's fine but as a person who does not know anything about your company I just was checking. The man was very short and acted like I was bothering him for even talking. He then hung up on me when I tried to ask another question. I thought did this really just happen! I called back but got no answer. I called back using my desk phone and he answered. I asked him if that was the way he treated all his customers and he told me to F___ off and hung up on me again. I assure you this is what happened. I would not have took the time to type this out of my busy schedule if this man wasn't a world class Pri_K!
