I went to Diadem in the Fall of 2007. I didn't post right away because I knew they would be looking for it and I wanted to give people a chance to see what I experienced.
Pros: they're supposed to be goo. Unfortunately I was too old for them to work on.
Cons: They are the worst customer service, the worst atmosphere, the worst vibe. They have the idea that they can stay in business and grow their business with their bad attitude.
