Avoid Jacks Carpet store at all costs. They are very polite when placing your order and taking your money, however buyer beware, if you are unhappy in anyway do not expect to receive a phone call back or resolution to the problem. I thought that paying top dollars meant that I would get top class product and service, instead I got inferior product / service. Jack's is a store where money is way more important than having a good reputation. There idea of solving the issue was for us to pay for the job to be done a second time - properly of course, for a mere $8K.
Cons: This company will not accept complaints.
