As a neighborhood regular, I used to happen into SIP whenever I wanted a relaxed atmosphere and a sophisticated drink. Around November of 2007, SIP changed its menu and adjusted some of its decor. The place still looks clean and nice, but is not more brightly lit and kind of kitchy-feeling removing the atmosphere that once drew me to the restaurant. Also displeasing is the wait staff that could not be bothered to get off their cell phones nor give any pleasantries.
Pros: They have good cupcakes-take them to go!
Cons: Waitstaff, the cramped tables, and the overpriced appitizers.
