I couldn't agree more! The customer service at this store is unbearable and I left in such a rage knowing that I still have to go back and spend the ""gift card"" they gave me since they won't refund their bottom of the line merchandise. I have never spent so much for a pair of jeans that practically disinegrated after only 2 months!! I will never, ever purchase another item from this store and have told hundreds of family and friends the same thing (and with 52 first cousins alone, believe me, bad word of mouth can work wonders!). AVOID THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Cons: Outrageous prices coupled with horrendous customer service!
