We ordered, and were promised 45 minutes, over an hour later we still did not have our food. we called and were told that they were short drivers. ok, that is understandable, we warned that our food better not be called. half hour after that we still did not have our food. we were told that the driver left with our food 20 minutes ago...which was ridiculous, because we are less than 5 minutes down the street. 45 minutes after that, we received our food. it was ice cold. when we called and asked to comped for at least partial bill, we weree talked rudely too and were basically told tough luck. finally after talking to the owner...and being yelled at by him too we finally got somewhat of a credit, but how they did they had to double hold our money. unless you are wanting to go pick it up, don't even bother with them!
