I have been going to the auto spa for years. Normally you can get your car washed for a decent price, and with the water restrictions, I wanted to get a quick wash. IT WASN'T QUICK. I got the $10 service which cleans the outside and the tires. It took over 30 minutes. Why? I have no idea. They put my car behind another vehicle that was getting the works. So I had to wait till they moved the vehicle in front of mine before I could leave. All the employees moved slow and they were very backed up. I don't normally complain but I was upset. We called the manager as soon as we left and the manager never apologized and didn't seem concerned. It says on the receipt the customer service is their goal. The manager didn't care, didn't offer us anything, not even a coupon, and frankly he didn't care. I will now go to Bunky's, which I have gone before because of their excellent customer service, even though it's more expensive. I hope other people do not have the same experience I just had, but the reviews speak for themselves. I would love to speak to the management if they care to contact me.
