Well for starters the facialists hands smelled like cigarettes. In the "relaxation room" you could hear your facialist thread other peoples eyebrows while you are waiting for an extended period of time, so it was both not relaxing and rather rude. I guess you get what you pay for! In my case I need to go to the dermatologist because instead of caring for my skin it was simply irritated and now is red and swollen! I simply dont understand the great reviews I read.
