It appears that the facility no longer has a problem with the receptionist. A new, very courteous and helpful receptionist is now on duty (I think her name is Roz). In any case, they have also had some renovations done, so the office and therapy areas are in much better shape. Regardless of the receptionist, I have always found the physical therapists (Jerry and Wendy are who I have seen) themselves to be very knowledgeable, skillful, experienced, and willing to go the extra mile for me. Most importantly, they gave me plenty of information and tools that ultimately helped me regain more mobility than I thought was possible.
