The first person they sent out was new and after digging around for over an hour he couldn't even find the septic tank. On the last day, after they finally found the tank, they recommended a line cleaning and failed to tell us to make sure that all toilets were on for this cleaning, and water got all over the floors and walls of our newly remodeled bathroom. They did not clean up the mess and did not even offer to help. After the job was completed they actually charged us $2226.90 and the receipts only totalled $2049.02- an overcharge of $177.88. After four phone calls to the company over the course of three weeks we received no return calls and no one in the office was ever able to help us. We finally went to our credit card fraud department to resolve the issue.
