I had an appoitment here this morning at 8:50 ... between having trouble getting my cat into her carrier and morning traffic, i was running a little late. at 8:57 I got a voicemail saying that I was late and my appointment would have to be rescheduled .. I called right back saying I was literally two blocks away, which I was, and still they could no longer see my cat. Reschedule? NO THANKS! i just wasted gas and upset my cat for no good reason. ive an appointment being cancelled this way. arent people late from time to time? i wouldnt expect to be seen right away when i got there, but geez, never would have thought that 10 minutes late would call for a cancellation.
