Appointments do not mean anything to these people. You walk in, they tell you to sit and wait and wait and wait. The last time I was there, the wait was not even worth it. They did not watch my highlights and I walked out with white streaks!!! After waiting an hour and then three hours to get my cut, color and highlights, you would think they would do a good job, no way! Don't waste your time here, many better places around.
Pros: it is usually clean
Cons: Wait is way too long, not enough personal attention
