I have used this place for my kids haircuts about 3 times, each time I found the stylists rude and rushed. They act like I bother them by bringing my children to them. Our last time there was Saturday, after an hour wait, my 5yr old and 11 yr old were finished in about 10mins, when I requested my girls hair style the woman very rudely asked me if I was going to really fix it every day, how rude. The cut she did i could've done better myself at home, they seemed to be friendly to the older ladies that were in but I felt (as a mother with children) as a second rate customer. I've been there three times because they are right up the street, same experience every time, from now on I'll drive farther, it's worth it.
