The food was okay, not super great. It didn't appear that any of the pasta was homemade. The food was similar to what you get at a Carrabas or Olive Garden. However, the service was terrible. Our waiter was more interested in watching TV at the bar than attending to our table. I had to repeatedly ask for the waiter from other employees just to get him to come by and refill drinks. After the order was taken, (with no offers of specials or recommendations) the guy disappeared. When he finally brought the check, he disappeared once more and was never seen again. The waiter for another section finally cashed us out. This is not the kind of service one expects when dining at such an establishment. I expect this kind of stuff from Chucky Cheese, not an upscale Italian place. (Even the chains are better then this) Oh, and we were charged for two soups when we only purchased one, but after waiting for nearly an hour to get someone to finally take the check, we didn't dare ask for a correction, or we might still be there now. Avoid this place like the plague.
