I have used many dry cleaners in Memphis, and Bensinger's is the worst. The people at this location are rude and unhelpful. It is mostly run by what appear to be part time college students who simply do not care. They do not greet their customers and do not even say ""Thank you"" after you pay them your hard earned money.

Cons: rudeness, apathy, poor quality
